Who needs sleep?

Insomnia is a symptom of a sleeping disorder characterized by persistent difficulty falling asleep or staying asleep despite the opportunity. It is typically followed by functional impairment while awake. Insomniacs have been known to complain about being unable to close their eyes or "rest their mind" for more than a few minutes at a time.

I am going on day... I lost track awhile ago of not being able to sleep at night. I fall asleep then wake up and can't go back to sleep. So I write, read, blog, sometimes even clean....KA-RAZY, I know! All of that non-sense totally wakes me up and before you know it... it is almost 2:30am and I am type type typing away.

I have become a living breathing BNL song.... Hala, Hala, Hala!

haha. Songs for Viv, Volume 2, I believe. Sorry you're not sleeping well. I know what puts me to sleep is putting on Coldplay (especially their parachutes album) on very quietly just to drown out my thoughts. It really calms me down and puts me right to sleep, and helps me stay there cause i leave it on repeat. Hope you get to sleeping soon!!

I can't tell you how to get sleep cause ya wouldn't listen anyway. As I reacll you slept well in MD! HMMMM I wonder why. You think on it and let me know what you figured out...
