My Guilty Pleasure - CMT

Guilty Pleasure Reality TV show alert...

"Gone Country" on CMT (Comcast channel 146). It is a show about 7 washed up singers competing for a chance to "Go Country" and restart their singing careers in Nashville, Tennessee. Tune into to see if they have what it takes to go country. Can Sean Young, Mikalah Gordon, Lorenzo Lamas, Jermaine Jackson, Chris Kirkpatrick, Irene Cara and Sebastian Bach get into the Nashville lifestyle and write their very own country songs? All while under the wing of John Rich of Big & Rich. They live in his HUGE log mansion and play by his rules.

Last season Bobby Brown was on with Carnie Wilson and Dee Snider form Twisted Sister. It was a trainwreck but, I loved it! Season 2 looks better than Season 1

It is TOTALLY DVR worthy.. Friday night at 8PM on County Music TV. I like the theme song. I don't know all of the words I just know the Calling all you cowboys" part and sing it over and over. Totally addicting!

I am not a country fan but I am drawn to the CMT programming. I especially love "Outsiders Inn" with Maureen McCormick (television's "Marcia Brady") She leases a bed and breakfast in the Great Smoky Mountains of Tennessee and enlists the help of her celebrity friends Bobby Brown and Carnie Wilson. However, when their first guests check in, the amateur innkeepers try to kill them with kindness -- without killing each other. Meanwhile, Bobby Brown goes on a hunt for moonshine, but discovers something even better.

And there is always.. My Big Fat Redneck Wedding and Mobil Home Diaster -- and Extreme Trailer Make over show! Yes, it is really a show. Gotta love it!
